Haircare: how to take care of your hair during season changes

Jessica and Juliane, owners of Culture and Trend blog, explain us what treatments can help our hair with the arrival of spring: read on all the advice of our B-IT Girl!

Women hair need special cares to be considered always beautiful both at their eyes and those of others.

In spring this concern is not so different, so we thought to give you some tips about how women should take care of their hair in this springy season when it is not so cold but not even warm: indeed, because of these changes in temperature they should pay more attention to their hair.

The first thing you should do when you get into this beautiful season, before the summer, is to cut the ends, to avoid going out in the sun without a hat (especially with the morning sun), to reduce the use of hair dryer and iron and, of course, to apply a protective cream against the “aggressive” warm. Our advice is to use a repairing and anti-breaking spray to protect hair in all its length.

Equally important, it is avoide washing hair every day. However, each case is unique and if you want to wash them daily it is advisable choosing specific products for a frequent use, such as BluOrange Frequente line.

A good diet is always essential but during the spring hair absorb more strongly proteins and vitamins: so you have to take advantage of this and eat a greater amount of fruits and vegetables because they contain minerals and iron.

Also, it is very important that you keep your hair well hydrated so you have to drink a lot of water every day and to deeply nourish the hair through masks and shampoos to ensure proper nutrition.

It is known that spring is also the time of the year when there is a greater loss of hair. To avoid and prevent the problem, you should take a specific vitamin complex (it is best to talk to a nutritionist) and occasionally use an anti-hair loss shampoo.

It is also important to pay attention to chemical treatments on the hair. If you use hair dyes, do not dye your hair so frequently-or, radically change your colour-and prefer using products for treated hair; for example, a good choice is the Ravviva Colore line by BluOrange because it contains sunscreens filters to protect the beauty of the colour.

Finally, if you are used to wear hats during the winter… you should know that spring is the time to let your hair free (except when you are exposed to the sun!). For this reason, it would be recommended choosing hats not tight-fitting and style hair naturally, be inspired by the “nature” trend seen on the latest runways!
