15 good intensions for the new year: new habits for living in harmony with ourselves and with people around us

Welcome 2015! A new year begins, full of hopes and good intentions: what projects do you have? If you still have not thought, here there is a list of small gestures that will make your days better and, at the same time, that will make your look more beautiful.

It’s some days that we are in 2015: did you celebrate the new year in the best way?!

Now, it is the time to understand your mood for the new year, to be sure that it will be really fantastic!

We usually make many promises to ourselves but, often, we can not keep them. How can we do so that this does not happen again? Trying to not ask too much to ourselves with radical changes, but just our habits with small gestures to carry out every day.

For this year we find the right balance between the perfect good intentions for our mood (with benefits in relationships with other people) and for our body, with a beauty routine that will improve our appearance!

Are you ready? Take note of the 15 good intentions to remind and put into practice for whole 2015 (and even later, of course!;-)).

First of all, let’s start from the promises that will help us feeling better with ourselves and other people:

1) Accept the imperfection
We need to learn to love ourselves and accept our limits: the important thing is not to be perfect, but try to improve ourselves every day!


2) Learn new things
Experimenting and trying different experiences will give us new emotions, making us expanding our horizons.

3) Facing our fears
All of us has some phobias: we have to try to work on ourselves to be able to overcome them, learning to ask for help to the people who love us.

4) Enjoy the real moments

Sometimes we need to stop working, browsing, connecting with social networks, smartphone and selfies: breathe deeply and enjoy a panorama, a chat with our friend without stopping because of the smartphone, a relaxing moment with our partner sharing our time together without tablet or laptop; you will give quality time to yourself and to others

5) Tidy up our home
Tidy up our home will help us to make order with our feelings and emotions: so we will understand what to leave behind our shoulders and what, instead, to keep in the new year. 

Now it is the time for good intentions that will help us to preserve our beauty and health: many small habits that we normally neglect and that, instead, we should be adopted in order to feel in harmony with our body. 10 helpful must have tips! 

6) Sleep 8 hours every night
A good night’s sleep helps us being more productive at work, avoiding dark circles eyes and helping to improve the beauty of our skin and hair.

7) Wake up early
It’s nice to sleep late but it weakens our body: therefore, let’s try to wake up early in the morning, better at the same time, to balance our metabolism. 

8) Playing sport three times a week
Every year we want go on a diet and lose some extra kilos: we change our promise and we choose to enroll on the gym or on aerobics courses! One hour of sport, three times a week, will help us to keep fit ourselves without too sacrifices!

9) Drink two liters of water every day
We have to drink two liters of water and, especially, to eat two fruits and vegetables dishes every day: these small steps will help our body to be maintained purified and stocked up on all the nutrients it needs. 

10) Wash the face

Wash our face both in the morning, when we wake up, and in the evening, before going to bed, and, above all, remind us to remove the make up! Our skin will gain in brightness and beauty. 

11) Make a nourishing mask for hair once a week
To take care of our hair, prevent split ends and nourish them, we need to do a weekly mask. We will discover that, in this way, it will be much easier to have soft and beautiful hair always. 

12) Buy a new sunscreen product every year
We have to be diligent, and this summer will remind us to buy a new sunscreen lotion to protect our skin and prevent sunburn: sun lotions, indeed, expire from year to year!

13) Dry your hair properly
To prevent stressed hair we have to dry them holding the hair dryer at a distance of about 15 cm and protecting them with a thermo-active cream for curly hair, and thermo-protective cream for straight hair. 

14) Make periodically scrub
We need to help the regeneration of our skin with periodical scrubs for body and face: in this way we will eliminate dead cells and we will always have a smooth and elastic skin.

15) Avoid alcohol and smoking
Limit alcohol and coffee, stop smoking, and do not overdo with spices in dishes: the gray skin and hair with an unpleasant smell of smoke will be just a bad memory!

These good intensions looks like a lot, but, in reality, to practice these tips will be easier than we think: our initial effort will be rewarded by many benefits!

Let’s smile to the new year and begin this 2015 learning to take care of ourselves and of our body!
