Bamboo pith
Bamboo belongs to the family of Grasses and may be considered an oversized grass. It is a typical perennial plant of the tropical and sub-tropical zones in Asia, and especially in China; it can reach a height of 40 metres, it is sturdy but flexible, and produces flowers very rarely.
It is an important natural active ingredient and a source of proteins and is suitable for the care of curly and wavy hair which tends to become dry and dehydrated: bamboo repairs the surface of the hair and makes its structure brighter, brilliant and elastic.
